Questions we hear often
Do we need a Microsoft or Google account to use it?
No. Email and password always works. Company sign-in is optional and you choose which provider to connect.
Is our data mixed with other companies?
No. Each customer runs in its own instance with its own database.
Can it be adapted to how we work?
Yes. Absence codes, rotations, costs and roles are configurable, and Enterprise customers can have custom modules.
What do operators need on the shop floor?
A screen with a browser. The kiosk page works with touch and shows only the signed-in operator's own information.
What if we grow past our employee limit?
Ask us to add extra employees to your licence for a small monthly fee per head. The app picks up the new limit at its next licence check, with nothing to reinstall. Existing records are never deleted.
